We have an opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Landscape Supply - to join our Delavan, WI team. You will be responsible for helping develop, implement, and lead a focused sales strategy for the Water Supply / Water Disposal business category focused on the Landscape Irrigation Channel and National Distributors. The responsibilities will include managing relationships with Key Landscape customers and National Distributors in the United Staes. Manage organization and guidance of sales policies and practices to provide maximum market penetration of products. This role is part of the Residential & Irrigation Flow Business Unit and reports directly to the Senior Sales Manager for the category. Charged with developing a strategy to attain aggressive growth targets. This role is to increase revenues and profitability through managing and servicing existing accounts while pursuing new accounts. In this role, the Distribution Development Manager - Landscape will work closely with assigned Distribution Partners, as well as own the relationship and with key partners. The Distribution Development Manager - Landscape will work to drive key account sales growth and develop new business in the channel. In addition, they will work closely with Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Customer Service to help develop the tools needed to elevate customer experience. Finally, they will recommend and assist in the promotion, organization and guidance of sales policies and practices in an efficient manner to maximize market penetration of products. You will:

Compensation: For this full-time position working at this location, the anticipated TTC range will be from $92200 - $171100 / year. At Pentair, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the pay range. Pentair considers various factors in determining actual compensation for this position at the expected location. Actual compensation will be commensurate with a demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, work location, and other relevant business or organizational needs. This position may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as, annual incentive bonus and/or sales incentives.
