"Crew"> MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER SCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm. Must be able to work overtime when required. PAY RATE: $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on skills and experience QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Job functions/responsibilities to include, but not be limited to: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: MARKETING MEDIA MANAGER SALARY: $80,000 to $100,000 per year depending upon experience and skills. SCHEDULED HOURS: 10:00a.m. - 6:00p.m. Monday through Friday. Ability to work beyond office hours per business necessity is required. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Reporting to the Senior Director Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Media Manager oversees the day-to-day execution and optimization of paid marketing campaigns across email, SMS, display, and PPC channels to drive ticket sales. This role manages vendor relationships, collaborates with internal teams to pilot new campaign strategies, and ensures accurate tracking and reporting of campaign results. With a focus on efficiency and innovation, the Marketing Media Manager plays a key role in maximizing marketing ROI, supporting organizational goals and ticket sales thresholds. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media (email, SMS, display, PPC). Proven success in managing multiple campaigns across diverse channels and platforms. Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SMS marketing platforms, and email marketing tools like Delivra. Strong understanding of campaign tracking, reporting, UTM parameters and KPI analysis using tools like Google Analytics or similar. Project Management: Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in managing vendors and campaigns. Analytical Skills: Experience analyzing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights. Familiarity with A/B testing and optimization techniques to improve campaign outcomes. Communication and Collaboration: Strong written and verbal communication skills to report on KPIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven ability to build relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or a combination of experience and education that displays an ability to execute the functions of the position. Relevant certifications in paid media, analytics, or marketing platforms are a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience working in the entertainment or live events industry is a bonus. Knowledge of direct mail campaigns and partnerships with vendors like Adstra is advantageous. Ability to create digital assets in Illustrator or Photoshop and an understanding of the specs required for successful digital campaigns.
