Job Description

Be a leading part of Fab 11x Transfer team, the transfer team is responsible for the 65nm MS&BCD technology transfer from Fab 7 to Fab 11x.
The work includes close work with the MSPM BU, the mother fab (fab 7, TPSCo) & with fab 11 intel .
She/he will be responsible for controlling and improving the various process unit steps/Modules health indices.
The integrator will have a central role in the Fab and will be the technology owner in the fab.
In the challenge of bringing technology from development phase to high volume production the integrator will work closely with Device, Process engineers, in-line and yield engineers and drive various projects to improve new technology manufacturing efficiency and quality level.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Responsible for all Unit Steps and Process Modules releases per needed schedule and according to the defined success criteria & check lists.
* Introduce new flows and new parts to the Fab and help in ramping them to production.
* Become highly familiar with 300mm Mixed-Signal & BCD processes in specific process areas, own the transfer and qualification of the process from Fab 7.
* The integrator will take part in the development of new devices, sustain overall technology quality and initiate improvement activities, lead problem solving and crash teams.
* Lead yield and device performance improvement activities.
* Work closely with device, in-line, process, and other yield engineers. Issue control plans and FMEA's and update as needed.
* The integrator will work intensively and directly with customers as technical focal.

Job Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of process, at least 2 years' experience as a process engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering,or Physics required
  • Advanced degree - a plus
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills and problem solving.
  • Proficient in writing and speaking English.
