Summary of Position

At Teladoc Health, we deliver product innovation and marketing in the age of next-generation digital healthcare. Within Teladoc Health B2B Marketing, we foster awareness, build preference, create demand, and enable sales with targeted buyers and influencers.

In your role as Manager, Health Plan Growth Marketing, you will be responsible to work with the Sr. Director, Health Plan Segment Marketing, toward successful marketing programs to create, nurture and expand our sell-through and sell-to opportunities through core reseller channels including health plans and TPAs. As part of Health Plan Segment Marketing team, you will help recommend and lead execution of marketing initiatives to tell our differentiated story, create preference, and generate increased opportunities for growth via maximizing growth through health plan clients' ASO sellers; TDH employer sales (targeting employers aligned with HP contract paths) and TPA resellers. You will work cross-functionally within the US Group Health B2B marketing, to strategize, execute and measure impact of B2B marketing programs aimed at increasing our growth through the success of our HP and TPA partner relationships. You will partner closely with our sales and client management teams to identify and implement strategic marketing initiatives and execute tactics.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with health plan and employer market-facing teams to understand market feedback and areas of strategic alignment and marketing opportunity (10%)

  • Create ASO and TPA marketing plans, synchronized to overall Health Plan Segment marketing plan, plus Health Plan campaigns, and cross-enterprise campaigns (20%)

  • Collaborate heavily across health plan, sales and client management, marketing operations, events, campaign team and across B2B marketing, to spearhead, plan and execute marketing initiatives with excellence; initiatives include multi-touch point campaigns (drip, nurturing, and conversion), communications (newsletters, business cases), and developing sales enablement tools working independently as well as with the content marketing team (65%)

  • Contribute in meaningful ways to help lead special cross-marketing initiatives as needed such as branding initiatives, and enterprise events such as GGS and/or Forum (5%)

Qualifications Expected for Position

  • 5-7 years of B2B and/or healthcare industry marketing experience preferably in health plans or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Highly collaborative team player

  • Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment

  • Flexibility and energy to confidently adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

  • Confidence, professionalism, and diplomacy with business partners when developing, communicating, and executing marketing strategy and aligning expectations

  • Experience working with internal and external creative vendor partners

  • A self-starter with a can-do/entrepreneurial, impact-driven, and accountable mindset

  • Strong communication skills that facilitate clear and effective information sharing

  • Experience with marketing tools such as Workfront, Salesforce, Highspot

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism preferred

The base salary range for this position is$85,000 - $95,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
