Description
Marketing and Design Services Lead Reports to: VP of Channel Sales and Marketing Supervises: N/A Summary Statement: The Marketing and Design Services Lead supports day-to-day marketing production for IFB Solutions and business units. Essential Job Functions
- Partner with internal teams to clarify objectives, audience, message, and constraints; write short creative briefs and set realistic timelines.
- Recommend formats (one-pager, brochure, slide deck, email, social, website block, display) and share early options for alignment.
- Draft concise, on-brand copy; build layouts using approved templates in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop and PowerPoint.
- Use stock libraries, AI tools, and basic custom graphics; capture basic photography with an IFB-provided camera.
- Prepare print-ready files with correct specs and color profiles; ensure accessibility basics (type, contrast, hierarchy, alt text).
- Populate website templates with images and copy; coordinate with web partner or IT on functional issues.
- Manage the marketing ticketing system: intake, triage, status updates, and closure; fulfill requests for branded apparel, business cards, and nameplate orders.
- Collaborate with vendors for design overflow, photography, videography, PR, print, and ad-specialty; obtain quotes, issue POs, manage proofs, and approve invoices.
- Track purchases, process expense reports, and maintain the approved annual budget with monthly progress and variance reporting.
- Reorganize and maintain working/final files and the photo/video asset library with consistent naming, tagging, and rights tracking.
- Prepare signage, handouts, displays, and presentations for events, tours, and internal meetings; provide onsite support as needed.

Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Must be able to scope requests, set expectations, and communicate status clearly.
- Must have strong page-layout skills for longer-form materials, clean writing, and copyediting.
- Must have a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
- Basic photography and image editing and comfort using AI tools for copy and imagery is required.
- Basic print and ad-specialty production knowledge, including specs, proofs, and vendor coordination is required.
- Must be organized, detail-focused, and receptive to feedback and favor on-scope delivery over perfection.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and sit, bend, stoop, and stand as needed.
- Must be able to travel up to approximately 10% and be available for some after-hours events.
- This is a hybrid role with required in-office time for receiving, production, and event support. In-office needs may arise without prior notice. Any out-of-town travel will have significant notice.
Education and Work Experience
- A degree in graphic design, marketing, advertising, communication, or similar is required.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Introductory photography skills with a basic grasp of lighting techniques is preferred.
