Job Summary The HR Benefits Analyst is responsible for implementing and maintaining all US and Expat related benefits including (but not limited to) medical, disability, life insurance, parental leave, FMLA, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws related to benefit administration. The Analyst also manages administration of Employer of Record (EOR) employees, including relationships with related vendors. The Analyst reviews, troubleshoots and processes invoices related to benefits and EORs. The Analyst also manages the configuration and maintenance of benefits-related systems including onboarding, offboarding, and open enrollment, and provides HRIS backstopping. The HR Benefits Analyst provides timely and professional guidance to employees with benefits related questions or concerns. The HR Benefits Analyst reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer.
