The Senior Director of Software Engineering leads strategic technology initiatives across the enterprise, aligning software engineering practices with business goals. This role partners with IT and business stakeholders to drive scalable, resilient, and innovative solutions across value streams. The Senior Director evaluates and recommends technical strategies, vendor platforms, and resource models to deliver high-impact systems outcomes. This role also defines and governs software engineering standards, development methodologies, and technology roadmaps. The Senior Director fosters adaptive design, modern engineering practices, and cross-functional collaboration across software, data, infrastructure, and application domains. Responsibilities
* Define and execute long-term strategic goals for software engineering in collaboration with product managers, business leaders, and technical teams. Education
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management, or Business) required. Skills Required: * 10+ years of experience in Information Technology and enterprise software engineering. Skills Preferred: * Experience in mainframe, modern software development practices, cloud-native architectures, platform engineering, and DevOps.
