THOR Solutions is actively seeking a
senior-level DOORS Management Analyst to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG)'s Ship Design Team (SDT) in
Washington, DC. In this role, the candidate will utilize expertise with IBM Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS) to implement and manage shipbuilding program's requirements and processes. An ideal candidate will have at least six years of prior experience using DOORS in a USCG, DHS, DOD, or other shipbuilding environment.
Typical Responsibilities:
Location: Primarily onsite (3+ days/week) at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC. Partial "local remote" flexibility or full remote work may be possible with customer approval. Typical Physical Activity: Primarily desk/computer work in an office environment. May involve: repetitive motion. Typical Pay Range: The anticipated pay range for this position in the identified location(s) is $90,000 - 120,000. Actual compensation offered will be based upon individual factors including education, qualifications, and experience. US Citizenship Required:Due to the requirements of the federal contract that this position supports, U.S. citizenship is required. Citizenship will be confirmed via I-9/E-Verify at the start of employment. Security Clearance Eligibility Required:This position requires a DoD Secret security clearance. A qualified candidate must either already possess an active or interim Secret security clearance (preferred);OR be eligible for a Secret security clearance upon hire.
