Join our next class of Maintenance Apprentices!
Are you ready to kickstart your career within industrial maintenance? Our Maintenance Apprenticeship Program will develop your skills needed to provide support to our manufacturing and distribution facilities. You will gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas including, but not limited to mechanical, electrical, conveyor, PLC, fabrication, automation, industrial and motor controls.
You will start at a minimum of $21.50/hour, will be reviewed for raises every 6-months, and graduate making up to $32-34/hour.
We know it's important to be flexible, so get ready for different shifts, including weekends, as you go through each 12-18 month rotation (for a total of 4 years). During the program, you'll learn about mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.

Experience Needed:
Ideal candidates would have prior Industrial, Manufacturing, Agricultural, or Mechanical Maintenance experience. Completion of an advanced technology program or degree at a technical school would be very beneficial.
