The Opportunity with McKinstry

Our HR team is growing! To help us scale, we're expanding our HR Project Management function and hiring a Senior Project Manager. This new position will be responsible for leading complex, high-impact HR projects and supporting the implementation of strategic people-related initiatives. We're looking for driver and an influencer - someone who thrives on partnering across teams and with senior leaders to make decisions and enable our business. In this role you will:

  • Facilitate design and execution of strategic HR initiatives and large, complex projects.

  • Co-create and develop roadmaps and governance.

  • Enable and drive executive decision-making.

  • Lead change management through implementation into maintenance.

  • Align HR strategy with business goals.

What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry

  • 10+ years in HR consulting or transformation; HRBP experience.

  • Experience managing technical or complex HR projects required.

  • Specific skillset and experience in the initiative topic.

  • Executive presence.

  • Strategic planning and storytelling.

  • Bachelor's in Business/HR; advanced degree preferred.

The pay range for this position is $89,010 - $151,300 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
