About the Role:
Reporting to the Regional Head of HR International, this role partners across the U.S., Mexico, and Senegal to embed inclusive practices into how we lead, operate, and grow. You'll help shape the global culture and inclusion strategy while tailoring solutions that meet the cultural and regulatory needs of each unique region. You'll liaise with leaders, advise on inclusive operations, and lead key initiatives bringing both thought leadership and practical execution to a role that spans strategy, consulting, and delivery. Duties & Responsibilities:
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES * Translate strategy into action by partnering with key stakeholders to embed culture and inclusion into operational routines and organizational practices. * Design and drive inclusive policies and practices with a focus on both international alignment and local relevance. * Navigate local compliance and regulatory landscapes in collaboration with Legal and Corporate Affairs. * Co-develop and execute Woodside's global culture and inclusion strategy balancing short- and long-term priorities to enhance employee experience and support business outcomes. * Support enterprise-wide reporting, including Sustainability Reports, and contribute to global Board and executive papers. * Manage communications and messaging for international culture and inclusion initiatives. * Coach and guide key internal stakeholders, and culture and inclusion ambassadors a to foster distributed ownership of culture and inclusion. * Support organizational trust-building by staying close to the pulse of the business through ongoing feedback loops. Skills & Experience:
Essential Skills and Experience: * Tertiary qualifications in Organisational Psychology, HR, or a related discipline. * Proven experience driving inclusion & diversity initiatives and cultural change in large, global organizations. * Deep knowledge of and experience with USA legal and cultural landscapes related to Inclusion and diversity. * Understanding of inclusive leadership, cultural models, and change management methodologies and how to apply them. * Comfort with ambiguity and organizational complexity with demonstrated ability to turn concepts into executable initiatives. * Data and metrics skills-able to evaluate engagement and inclusion outcomes using both qualitative and quantitative methods. * Strong track record in building high-trust relationships. * Exceptional verbal and written communication and influence skills, with the ability to engage across regions, functions, and levels without direct authority. * Courage to challenge assumptions, conviction to influence change, and a strong team-oriented mindset. * Willingness and ability to travel internationally and liaise with global teams across multiple time zones as needed.
