This opportunity can you be located in either Chaska, MN, or Billerica, MA, and will work a hybrid schedule.

Are you passionate about CRM, digital marketing, and driving sales enablement? We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing technology stack and enhance our CRM processes.

What You'll Do:

• Support and optimize CRM operations (HubSpot preferred) in collaboration with our HubSpot Admin and Digital Marketing Team

• Support lead management: review, research, and update contact records

• Build segmented lists for targeted email campaigns

• Maintain, design and implement marketing automation workflows

• Collaborate on digital campaigns, landing pages, and forms

• Ensure compliance with global data protection and communication regulations

• Analyze behavioral and website data to improve engagement

• Contribute to innovation initiatives like VOC and Sales Enablement

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing is strongly preferred

• 3 or more years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred, SalesForce a plus)required

• Experience with Marketing automation and MarTech

• Pride in execution and an obsession with quality

• Strong B2B digital marketing and sales enablement background

• Proficiency in spreadsheets and data analysis

• Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills

• Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects

• Critical thinker and problem solver

• Compensation: $71,000.00-$88,000.00 year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
