We are seeking a talented individual to manage strategic brand initiatives that align with our business goals and drive growth. In this role, you will take full ownership of the business review process for assigned brands, identifying actionable items and initiatives that support our marketing plan and growth objectives. Your ability to independently develop parts of the brand plan, including subline or channel strategies and key marketing initiatives, will be crucial. You'll contribute to Agile Roadmap development alongside Brand Manager and Subject Matter Expert partners, ensuring that each initiative fits seamlessly within our Brand Strategic Positioning. With a keen eye for data-driven decision making, you'll analyze performance drivers and collaborate with the Brand Manager to manage brand architecture and sublines effectively. We value creativity and strategic thinking, and you'll have the opportunity to make trade-offs within the P&L to achieve financial results. Leading demand preparation for your brand, you'll articulate risks and opportunities, driving improvements across consumer and customer channels. Your role will involve evaluating innovative marketing methods, testing new strategies, and measuring their effectiveness to ensure alignment with brand equity. As a brand advocate, you'll spend time in the field, gathering insights from distributor sales reps and customers, identifying trends, and optimizing our Brand Story and Visual Guidelines. Your clear perspective on creative platforms and communications strategy will ensure our brand story is compelling and consistent with strategic objectives.
