A Taste of What You'll Do Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Forklift Operator, where your skills and dedication will drive our success in maintaining an efficient and safe production environment. As a valued team member, you'll be responsible for operating a clamp or forklift to handle a variety of essential tasks, including picking customer orders, loading and unloading trucks and rail cars, and organizing finished goods. In this position, you'll be at the heart of our operations, performing computer-based tasks such as data entry and updating work orders using our Warehouse Management System. You'll work closely with a diverse team, striving to meet department goals and individual performance metrics, while actively communicating the status of work in progress. Your keen attention to detail will ensure inventory accuracy as you scan product labels, perform cycle counts, and make necessary inventory adjustments. Your role will not only involve executing instructions and inspecting packages for compliance but also promoting a positive work environment and embracing change. We value professionalism, urgency, and teamwork, and you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cost reduction and enhance customer service.
