We're looking for experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) interested in exciting interim leadership opportunities! As a Nurse Consultant, you'll provide on-site professional consulting services to post-acute and aging services clients, making a real impact in organizations that need your expertise.

Hourly compensation: $45-$50 per hour

Your Impact as a Nurse Consultant (RN)
- Assess, plan, develop, and implement systems and processes for clients
- Identify training needs and conduct staff in-services as necessary
- Maintain current knowledge of state and federal regulations and industry best practices
- Provide guidance within scope of work defined by the client
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA standards
What We're Looking For
- Current Compact RN License (NLC)
- Current MN RN (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience (management experience preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-service orientation
- Flexibility for travel throughout MN & WI
