Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
The University of Missouri Athletics Department is seeking to hire an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. Reporting directly to the Associate AD - Ticket Operations & Sales, this individual will be responsible for helping lead the day-to-day activities of the Ticket Operations department and for their assigned sports and duties. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing ticket operations for athletic events, including development and implementation of policy and procedures relating to customer service, sales strategy and ticket distribution. Serving as the primary ticket oversight of Volleyball, Gymnastics, and Wrestling. Assisting with student ticketing, Football and Men's Basketball and additional sports and non-athletic ticketed events (i.e.: concerts, etc.) as needed. Hiring, training, and leading student and part-time staffing. Driving customer service efforts for Ticket Operations and Sales and providing resolution to customers. Providing accurate, complete and efficient resolution of customer service issues for ticket holders. Responsible for timely reporting to help drive decisions and revenue opportunities. Ensuring all assigned tasks follow department, University, Southeastern Conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Performing similar or related duties as assigned or required. Shift
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm; Nights and Weekends as required. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience with Ticketmaster is preferred. Anticipated Hiring Range
