This recruitment is currently being conducted to fill a part-time (0.5 FTE) fluent Bilingual (English/Spanish) Account Clerk II position on the Department of Health Services' Animal Services team.
About the Position This Bilingual Animal Services Account Clerk II (English/Spanish) will be a part of the County of Sonoma Animal Services team. This position will provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish at the front counter, by phone, and through email to the public, as well as process animal adoptions and all related applications, billing, and payments. Additional responsibilities include:
· Receiving and processing license applications and payments · Entering and updating records and information in our systems · Preparing and submitting weekly deposits · Coordinating billing and processing payments related to the shelter, including adoptions, kennel permits, animal surgeries, and licensures · Assisting with donations, including sending letters of acknowledgment · Coordinating with the public to schedule animal surgeries and process voucher applications · Ordering and maintaining office supplies
