The Embedded Program Manager (EPM) serves as the primary point of contact for Crisis24 within the client's Global Security program. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and providing proactive risk management and security oversight.



The EPM manages embedded personnel, supports executive protection and security operations, and coordinates directly with client stakeholders to maintain a high standard of service delivery.



The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to anticipate client needs. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and process improvement, the EPM ensures consistent program delivery while fostering trust and long-term partnership between Crisis24 and the client.



Key Responsibilities




  • Program Oversight & Client Engagement





  • Act as the primary liaison between Crisis24 and client stakeholders.
  • Oversee all embedded program functions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and Crisis24 standards.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and recommendations to client leadership and Crisis24 management.






  • Executive Protection Program Management





  • Support client's executive protection program by coordinating resources, schedules, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure protective operations meet professional standards and integrate with broader security protocols.
  • Maintain close working relationships with Regional Security Leads, Protective Intelligence, and Security Managers.






  • Travel Security & Risk Management





  • Oversee planning and execution of executive travel security (domestic and international).
  • Coordinate with intelligence teams to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure post-travel debriefs and lessons learned are captured for continuous improvement.






  • Transportation & Fleet Oversight





  • Support the client's executive transportation program, ensuring fleet readiness and compliance.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and driver training standards in line with security best practices.




  • Personnel & Detail Coordination





  • Manage embedded security specialists assigned to the program.
  • Ensure appropriate staffing levels for executive details, events, and other critical operations.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management for embedded team members.






  • Standards, Training & Program Maturity





  • Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing program standards, SOPs, and training modules.
  • Ensure embedded staff meet required certifications, including medical and advanced driver training.
  • Align processes with both client and Crisis24 policies to ensure consistency.






  • Event & Special Project Support





  • Coordinate security for client-sponsored events and special projects.
  • Conduct pre-event planning, on-site management, and post-event reviews.





  • Collaboration & Coordination





  • Partner with internal Crisis24 teams and external client stakeholders to deliver cohesive security solutions.
  • Share intelligence and operational updates across Crisis24 and the client's Global Security structure.





  • Reporting & Metrics





  • Provide routine and ad hoc reports on program performance, incidents, staffing, and risk trends.
  • Recommend process and program enhancements based on data and observations.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, international relations, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of security management, protective operations, or program oversight in a corporate, government, or military environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing personnel, budgets, and client relationships.
  • Formal training/certification in executive protection and/or protective operations.
  • Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and global security best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience as an embedded security manager within a Fortune 500 or multinational environment.
  • Relevant security certifications (CPP, PSP, CEM, EP-specific credentials).
  • Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) or higher medical certification.
  • Multilingual fluency.
