The Opportunity:
This role manages and has overall responsibility for HSEQ activity in supporting the major maintenance events that take place on operating renewable energy projects by providing consultative support to management and employees to create and maintain the company's Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) values and programs.

Who You Are:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills required
* Comparing, copying, calculating, compiling, analyzing, coordinating, communicating, instructing, and interpersonal skills.

What You've Accomplished:
* Experience with operations and construction and working knowledge of relevant regulations
* NCCCO certification
* Active GWO certifications (BTT, ART, BST)
* Technical certifications in wind energy/electrical/electronics field
* Knowledge and experience of the Liftra LT1200 and LT1000 self-hoisting cranes
* BS in Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, or related work experience
* Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience
* Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, practices, and computer skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and database applications (SAP a plus)
* Experience working within integrated management systems/quality systems (ISO 9001, 14001 & OHSAS 18001/45001, 37001
