- Process Engineer: You will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products, ensuring quality, efficiency and safety.
- Quality Engineer: You will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of performance, reliability and customer satisfaction, using data analysis, testing and continuous improvement methods.
- Product Development Engineer: You will create and test innovative solutions for new and existing products, using your engineering knowledge and creativity.
- Mechanical Design Engineer: You will design and model mechanical components and systems for our products, using CAD tools and simulation software.
- Automation Controls / Design & Automation Engineer: You will design, program and implement automation systems and controls for our manufacturing processes and products, using PLCs, robotics, sensors and other technologies.
Pay and Benefits:
- $76,830.00 - $92,275.00 per year
- Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include (but not limited to) education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities.
To be eligible for these opportunities, you must meet the following qualifications:
- B. S. and/or M. S. students currently enrolled in an ABET accredited program, graduating December 2025 - August 2026 and majoring in one of the following: Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering, Materials (or Polymer, Fiber, Textile) Science/Engineering, or Bio/Bio-medical Engineering, Packaging Engineering, Robotics Engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and successfully apply engineering fundamentals.
- Demonstration of technical curiosity and initiative that leads to deeper understanding.
- Ability to prioritize, initiate, and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to inclusively collaborate with others to solve problems.
- Ability to engage in work by identifying and responding to needs based on understanding of situational context and logical analysis of relevant information.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral forms.
