What You'll Do

As an Implementation Manager focused on bringing supply chain visibility to Health Care and Pharmaceutical clients at Exiger, you will be responsible for managing customer data from collection of seed data for implementation through daily updates and upgrades. You play an integral role in our business, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives and Customer Success to build trusted relationships with every client founded in having excellent and reliable data available at their fingertips.



  • Collect and normalize client seed data for upload into Exiger's platforms using SQL, excel, python and other business systems


  • Perform regular data updates; integrate MPS files, shipments, pricing data, etc.


  • Troubleshoot bad data as needed - interfacing with Exiger development resources and clients as needed to complete needed corrections


  • Test data inputs to ensure quality reporting


  • Attend client meetings and provide critical updates on data status, issues, or opportunities to aid widespread organization adoption, and cultivate trust with key stakeholders


  • Work with client/s suppliers to enhance outcomes by validating BOM data or mapping tiers of supply


  • Generate dashboards and reports for clients to drive informed recommendations to each customer based on their value drivers

    • Provide reporting on high-risk suppliers, products, materials
    • Highlight concentration risk
    • Identify opportunities for savings




  • Manage multiple clients simultaneously, keeping a keen eye on project timelines, deliverables, and budget to optimize success



What You Need



  • Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, supply chain, or related field


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in health care sector in a supply chain facing role


  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain challenges


  • Experience working with agentic AI and python to solve business probllems


  • Strong understanding of database management


  • Strong MS Excel Skills


  • Experience with Snowflake and Sisense preferred


  • Persuasive and concise oral and written communication


  • Proven ability to manage project timelines, resources and tasks


  • Analytical mindset and strong acuity for data insights


  • Meticulously organized and detail oriented


  • Strong interpersonal skills


  • Ability to travel up to 5%
