Job Description Summary

As a CRM Specialist, you will leverage, optimize and support a suite of CRM, CMS, and GVA platforms to ensure the viability and efficiency of the systems and the processes they support will continue to propel the company forward.

Key Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities




  • Design, implement, and maintain automation workflows (e.g., lead routing, task assignments, email sequences) to improve efficiency, orchestrate marketing and operational efforts across digital channels and enable seamless customer experiences.
  • Leverage expertise in data architecture, ETL processes, and customer journey mapping to support personalized marketing, sales automation, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data models that enable and optimize CRM automation workflows.
  • Support campaign execution by managing segmented lists, tracking engagement, and ensuring accurate data flow between CRM and CMS.
  • Manage CMS content updates to create seamless user experiences and streamlined operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions, ensuring seamless integration with CRM platforms and GVA journeys.
  • Design intuitive, engaging, and human-like conversational flows for GVA across multiple platforms (e.g., web, mobile, voice assistants).
  • Maintain high standards of data quality through regular audits, de-duplication, and data hygiene practices.
  • Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data exports to support business intelligence and operational needs.
  • Analyze GVA performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversation flow.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for the CRM platforms, including user management, permissions, and system configuration.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for CRM and CMS tools.



Job Requirements, Competencies, and Skills




  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in CRM administration, with a focus on Salesforce and/or HubSpot systems.
  • nCino and GVA experience a plus.
  • Proven experience creating and managing automation flows within a CRM (e.g., Salesforce Flows, HubSpot Workflows).
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structures, user roles, and reporting tools.
  • Experience in managing and analyzing data within CRM or automation tools to deliver insights and optimizations.
  • Experience with data import/export tools (e.g., Data Loader, HubSpot Importer).
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on collaboration across departments
  • Ability to identify issues and develop innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Stable internet connection with speeds high enough for video conferencing and screen sharing
  • Smartphone with current iOS/Android OS


  • Prolonged periods sitting at a workstation and working on a computer
  • Ability to communicate with coworkers and customers via email, chat, teleconference, and/or phone

Salary Range: $88,000 - $98,000 per year. Individual salary will vary based on skills and experience. Discretionary incentive compensation may be available based on company and individual performance.
