Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the escalation point for complex IT issues from Tier 1 and Tier 2 technicians.
  • Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Install, configure, and support desktop hardware, software, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365, email, VPN, remote access, and common business applications.
  • Assist with user account administration in Active Directory, Azure AD, Exchange, and other identity platforms.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of incidents, requests, and resolutions using a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk).
  • Participate in and occasionally lead projects such as system upgrades, deployments, and migrations.
  • Mentor and train junior help desk staff, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Coordinate with other IT teams (network, systems, cybersecurity) as needed to resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Experience working on Windows Server for basic troubleshooting - DNS, DHCP, GPOs, file/print services, and endpoint security.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi networks and troubleshooting.


Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role, with at least 1-2 years at a senior or Tier 2/3 level.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Teams, and remote desktop tools.
  • Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS, Android) and MDM solutions.
  • Proficient with Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, and file permissions.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and network layers.
  • Familiarity with imaging tools and endpoint deployment.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
  • Relevant certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft M365, ITIL, or equivalent.
  • Exposure to scripting (PowerShell) and automation a plus.
