Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Development of the trade strategy to support long term Category growth and profitably increase market share based on shopper and customer requirements
  • Generate compelling shopper stories to develop winning strategies for categories vs competition
  • Prepare and implement new product trade launch and conduct pre and post evaluation
  • Develop a joint business partnership with key customers to drive business performance
  • Optimize BTL A&CP budgets for category by channel and monitor the execution
  • Participating in ad-hoc assignments/ projects as required.

Required Skills/Experiences

  • A degree holder in Marketing/Business or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years trade marketing or channel development experience in FMCG / shop related industry
  • Strong strategic thinking & business acumen, good analytical & execution skills
  • Good inter-personal and communication skills, able to work with people across different functions and levels
  • Highly stress-resistant, mature & adaptable to fast pace working environment
  • Self-motivated and can-do spirit
  • A good team player, well-organized with sense of urgency
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
