As an Accounting Services Associate you will:

• Prepare workpapers, reconcile accounts, and compile financial statements for clients
• Process Payroll and prepare payroll tax forms
• Have an understanding of client accounting software (QuickBooks; desktop and online, Sage, etc.)
• Provide timely and accurate accounting assistance per client requests
• Assist in fieldwork at client offices

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
• At least two years of experience with payroll
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency with QuickBooks (desktop and on-line versions) and Microsoft office products
• Strong multi-tasking skills
