Compensation Grade: P20Compensation Details: Minimum: $73,627.00 - Maximum: $73,627.00 AnnuallyDepartment (OPH) CCH - Division of Family HealthJob Description: Responsibilities Health Research, Inc. is seeking aSenior Health Program Coordinator for the Sexual Violence Prevention Unit's Primary Prevention Program. This Program aims to prevent sexual violence by addressing root causes, such as economic stability, protective environments, and social norms, fostering meaningful engagement and coordination with communities at highest risk of violence, and building sustainable infrastructure. The Senior Health Program Coordinator will contribute to and support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Sexual Violence Prevention Unit's Primary Prevention Program. Responsibilities include:
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field and two years of experience contributing to the coordination of program activities in a public health, health, health regulatory, or human services related program; OR an Associate's degree in a related field and four years of such experience; OR six years of such experience. A Master's degree in a related field may substitute for one year of experience. Preferred Qualifications Strong knowledge of sexual violence prevention and response strategies; working knowledge of trauma-informed care best practices; experience implementing policy and program requirements; developing budgets and invoicing procedures; reviewing information for completeness and accuracy; experience using Microsoft Office applications (including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook); strong analytical skills; experience preparing reports; experience working in a public health or health related setting. Conditions of Employment Grant funded position. Compliance with funding requirements such as time and effort reporting, grant deliverables, and contract deliverables, is required. Valid and unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Travel up to 10% of the time will be required. The selected candidate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the official work location specified in the job posting and must also be located in or willing to relocate to one of the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Vermont, or Massachusetts, prior to hire.
