Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring a Director, Consortium to help lead our Consortium team in our Minneapolis office. This is not a remote position and this person must be based in the Minneapolis area. Hybrid schedules will be offered. In this role, you will develop and manage the strategic direction and tactical execution of the Consortium business plan. You will be the person to oversee new business for Consortium with the Business Development Director and Client Acquisitions team. As the leader of this team, you will direct broader participation in all ICG services for current clients. You'll be responsible for the overall contribution margin of the brand. You will direct the publisher onboarding team providing services for Consortium publishers. In addition, you will oversee and direct team interaction with Sales, Ingram Publisher Services (IPS) Operations, Lightning Source (LS) Inventory Solutions and ICG Finance as needed. In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of distribution professionals at Consortium, fostering a collaborative and high performing environment. Hiring Salary Range:$125,125k - $159,110k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
