Our IT Product Analyst Managers play a pivotal role in driving the evolution of our IT products by leveraging their comprehensive understanding of business strategy, technology, and market trends to define and own the vision for products within your portfolio that enable innovation, business results, and customer satisfaction.

  • Contribute:

    • As an IT Product Analyst Manager, you will lead a team of IT Product Analysts. In addition, you will:

      • Formulate and articulate a clear IT product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.

      • Oversee product prioritization, requirement documentation, and change management to ensure alignment with the IT product strategy.

      • Navigate organizational boundaries, foster a culture of innovation, and utilize a deep understanding of the organization's capabilities and technology to facilitate effective product discovery and changes that align with customer needs while efficiently leveraging IT resources.

      • Assess the effectiveness of the evolving product in meeting customer and business needs through ongoing measurement and evaluation and facilitate appropriate adjustments to achieve the desired outcomes.

      • Promote planning, execution, and delivery of new product features to ensure implementation within defined scope, budget, and timeline.

      • Develop strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.

      • Cultivate and nurture strong cross-departmental relationships, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at every level of the organization to promote alignment, transparency, and advancement toward a shared vision.

      • Perform continuous evaluations to determine the evolving product's effectiveness in addressing customer needs and fulfilling business objectives, utilizing comprehensive metrics and evaluation techniques to monitor its long-term impact and success.

      • Administer human resource-related activities including timely performance and salary reviews. Develop, motivate, and recognize staff.

  • What it Takes:

    • Bachelor Degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related discipline preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.

    • Well-developed understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycle, and product management principles.

    • Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and relevant technologies.

    • Thorough understanding of business strategy, industry trends, and customer expectations.

    • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.

    • Skilled analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovation and continuous improvement, and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.

    • Superior communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills required across all levels of the organization, with the ability to articulate vision, goals, and expectations to team members and stakeholders.

    • Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members to meet their full potential.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with challenging priorities and requirements

    • Belief in the value of promoting team culture.

    • Experience in underwriting or financial systems preferred.

    • Significant interpersonal skills and ability to drive with a positive attitude.
