We're seeking a Project Manager - Scrum Master in Portland, OR to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact. Hybrid onsite role.

SUMMARY

Drive successful re-platforming initiatives by managing day-to-day delivery, coordinating resources, and facilitating Agile practices to ensure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.

YOU WILL:




  • Lead project planning and scrums to track and support delivery resources, keeping projects on schedule



  • Build and manage detailed Jira tasks, Kanban boards, and reporting functions for multiple technology-focused workstreams



  • Organize and facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, reviews, and retrospectives



  • Develop and manage detailed workstream project plans aligned with the overall project schedule



IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:




  • 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with 5+ years in a Scrum Master role



  • Experience working in Government or other highly regulated environments



  • Expertise in Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Power BI reporting



  • Deep understanding of Scrum roles, events, and artifacts



  • Experience leading software deployments or application migration projects
