We're seeking a Systems Analyst in Nashville in our Technology Practice to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.

YOU WILL:

  Analyze and evaluate current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

  Facilitate JAD sessions and conduct stakeholder interviews.

  
  
• 
  

  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

  
  
• 
  

  Design and implement new systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems.

  
  

IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:

  Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role.

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

  Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
