Basic Function / Nature and Scope We are currently seeking a Technician to support MRIGlobal's government and commercial programs that involve the receipt, storage, and distribution of pharmaceutical materials. The technician will perform tasks as part of a project team under general supervision. This position requires technical skills, including demonstrating the ability to appropriately handle, label, and store materials, and to accurately weigh small and large quantities of materials using appropriate personal protective equipment. Good Documentation Practices must be followed, as the laboratory falls under FDA current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) regulations. This is an entry-level position; on-the-job and ongoing training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Compliance with FDA cGMP regulatory requirements (21 CFR 210/211). Good Documentation Practices. Follows all safety guidelines and uses appropriate PPE. Works on technical projects that support government and commercial clients. Laboratory work includes conducting the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. Conducts work according to written instructions. Lab cleanliness (i.e., waste disposal, general lab cleaning, etc.) Success Factors Demonstrate ability to work as part of a project team Understand individual expectations on a project, and take ownership of tasks Ability to communicate effectively the status of work tasks, completion dates, and timeline adjustments Communicate concerns to the manager Data recording accuracy and completeness Stay up to date on technical training tasks Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Pay Range $39,000 - $45,000 The salary range is intended as a general guideline and is not a guaranteed offer, as compensation depends on various factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate qualifications, experience, internal equity, and market conditions.
