About the Shoppe and the Team The Shoppe at Lakewood Health System is your convenient shop to find fun and unique gifts. Open to the public, patients, visitors and employees alike enjoy our shopping destination. With items for every age range, you will find a large selection of snacks and candies from Minnesota Made companies as well as some of the harder to find treats that are everyone's favorite. Fresh floral arrangements, specialty jewelry, distinctive baby gifts and a large selection of greeting cards are among the highlights you will find at the shoppe at Lakewood Health System. Mission for Position The Retail Associate provides assistance with selecting and purchasing unique gifts helping empower the health and wellbeing of our patients and employees. Position Summary A Retail Associate is proficient and accurate in using the Point of Sale (POS) system, completing sale and return functions for customers. They will work under the direction of the Shoppe Coordinator to stock, organize, and present merchandise and maintain daily cleanliness and organization of The Shoppe. They will work independently in the store and be relied upon to complete tasks in a timely manner. Position Type This is a part-time hourly position working 10-15 hours per week. Qualifications
