Job Title: Wealth Advisory Operations Assistant

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Are you ready to make a difference in the world of wealth management? As a Wealth Advisory Operations Assistant, you'll be a go-to operational support for our administrative and investment associates, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients.

What You'll Do:

Day in the Life - In this role, you'll manage daily tasks like processing distributions, including checks,
ACH payments, and wires, posting dividends, interest, class action receipts and
IRA contributions, and report distribution.
You'll also assist with account openings and closings and other tasks as
needed. On a monthly and quarterly
basis, you'll perform reconciliations and review reports to ensure accuracy before
statements are produced. Throughout it
all, you'll be researching customer inquiries, and resolving exceptions related
to income accruals, securities, mutual funds, and tax lots. Teamwork is a big part of our culture, so
you'll also cross-train with colleagues to back up each other up and ensure
smooth operations.

What it Takes:

• Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Access and PowerPoint; work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly
• Communication and Teamwork: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; and work effectively with a team
• Organizational Skills: Multi-task, ability to shift priorities and meet deadlines

Bonus Points:

• Bilingual/Multilingual
• Knowledge of Accounting, Investments and/or Finance
• Trust Accounting experience
• Securities Operations experience
