Talent Acquisition Assistant

Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions will directly support our mission to attract top talent across the country. This position will sit in our West Allis, WI office.

As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the full lifecycle of our recruiting process.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners to draft job ads, interview questions, and candidate communications
• Posting open positions and managing job boards
• Scheduling interviews and preparing interview packets
• Conducting reference checks and other pre-employment requirements
• Assisting with closing out positions
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes
• Other duties as assigned

The successful candidate will have:

• An associate degree (or higher) in human resources, business administration, or related field; OR, if no degree, must have at least two years of equivalent experience in human resources.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Comfort working with diverse personalities and teams
