Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Facilities Supervisor! We're a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since. Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Facilities Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our corporate office, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional facility services.

A Day in the Life...

  • Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the Lakeville office, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, and complies with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement facility management for systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including janitorial services, security services, maintenance contractors, and facility service providers.
  • Responsible for billing and budget management in partnership with the Office Manager
  • Responsible for tracking and processing invoices and generating purchase orders to support procurement and financial operations.
  • Oversee Facilities team
  • Lead facility improvement and expansion projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and oversee repairs and renovations as necessary.
  • On-call every third week and may need to provide guidance for others on-call

What We Are Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in facility management
  • Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and standards, including building systems, maintenance, and space planning
  • Experience managing corporate facilities and systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental sustainability practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for budget management and Teams for effective communication and coordination.

Education:

High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 5 Years of Experience
