Three maverick farmers started it all - and we've been making our own way ever since. Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a new Facilities Supervisor to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of our corporate office, ensuring a safe, functional, and comfortable work environment. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional facility services. A Day in the Life... Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the Lakeville office, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, and complies with relevant regulations and standards. Develop and implement facility management for systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. Manage vendor relationships, including janitorial services, security services, maintenance contractors, and facility service providers. Responsible for billing and budget management in partnership with the Office Manager Responsible for tracking and processing invoices and generating purchase orders to support procurement and financial operations. Oversee Facilities team Lead facility improvement and expansion projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. Conduct regular facility inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs and oversee repairs and renovations as necessary. On-call every third week and may need to provide guidance for others on-call What We Are Looking For: 5+ years of experience in facility management Strong knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and standards, including building systems, maintenance, and space planning Experience managing corporate facilities and systems, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong project management skills Understanding of health and safety regulations, building codes, and environmental sustainability practices Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Strong command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel for budget management and Teams for effective communication and coordination.
