The Manager of Automation & Enterprise Integration is a visionary technology leader responsible for architecting, executing, and scaling enterprise automation and integration strategies across global business functions. This role combines strategic oversight, technical expertise, and leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives, optimize systems architecture, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. The Manager will lead global teams, foster innovation, and ensure seamless orchestration of workflows, data, and platforms across the enterprise. The ideal candidate combines strong technical fluency with strategic leadership, enabling enterprise-wide automation that accelerates business outcomes. This leader partners with C-level stakeholders, product owners, and business leaders to embed intelligent automation into the organizational fabric, enabling data-driven decision-making and digital-first operations. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. This position participates in Pontoon's incentive program which also includes bonus eligibility.
