Description
As a Customer Service Representative at The Pittsburgh Paints Company, you will provide support by processing orders. You will be responsible for accurate input of customer orders by phone, fax, EDI and email. You will support dealer, export, eCommerce, company-owned stores, and Home Center customers in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico according to established policies. You will be in a hybrid role (3 days in office) reporting to the Senior Supervisor of Customer Service. Key Responsibilities
