Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is seeking Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) interns to join our team this upcoming Summer 2026 in Menomonie, WI & New Richmond, WI. Phillips-Medisize is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries.

What You Will Do

  • Involvement with on-site safety committee activities, gaining exposure to lockout-tagout, machine guarding, assisting with on-site hazardous waste program
  • Maintain/update injury prevention plan & workplace violence prevention plan
  • Assist with overall environmental functions for the assigned facility and partners with onsite management and other resources to ensure local program ownership and accountability.
  • Provide support of safety initiatives at a designated facility with guidance from local safety, health and environmental management/personnel. To include (but not limited to):
    • Incident investigations and reporting
    • Safety audits
    • Process and/or procedure writing

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Enrolled in an Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Stewardship, Risk Control, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering related degree program.
  • Eligible for full time employment on or before Summer 2028.
  • Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
