Summit Credit Union is looking for a part time 20 hour per week Bilingual Contact Center Hybrid Specialist who's ready to make a difference-one call, one video chat, one member at a time.

• Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice and face of Summit-via phone and video.
• Deliver prompt, courteous, and thorough assistance to members and potential members.
• Promote products and services that strengthen members' financial well-being.
• Educate members on self-service tools and refer them to teammates when needed.
• Help us build long-term relationships through one-touch resolutions and exceptional service.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, including 1 year in a financial or contact center setting.
• A love for fast-paced environments and multitasking with grace.
• Strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems with empathy.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic financial calculations.
