Overview

Serves as a clinical subject matter expert and trusted partner to Enterprise Sales, Clinical, Client Success, Product, and Analytics teams. This role helps design, implement, and optimize programs for health plans, provider groups, and employer clients. Translates program performance data and clinical outcomes into actionable insights, assigning value to those outcomes using evidence-based literature and real-world results. This position blends clinical expertise, business acumen, and analytical skill to tailor solutions to client needs, support sales engagements, participate in customer presentations, advise on program design and patient engagement strategies, and monitor program performance to drive continuous improvement.

The position location is flexible but must be willing to travel frequently.

Other Key Relationships:

    Account Management / Client Success (Dotted Line) - Partners on client satisfaction, retention, and outcomes reporting, and supports business reviews. Sales - Collaborates on client engagements, proposal development, and presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Product - Brings the voice of customer and provides clinical input to solution design, innovation, and feature enhancement.
  • Analytics - Interprets program performance, translates outcomes into actionable insights, and quantifies value using evidence-based and real-world data.


Responsibilities

Clinical Expertise and Sales Support/Client Success:

  • Provide market perspective on emerging clinical requirements, technologies, industry standards, and regulatory changes to position CCS as a credible clinical partner
  • Partner with Sales, Clinical, Client Success, Product, and Analytics teams to identify and document customer needs, translating them into actionable insights and client-facing visualizations
  • Prepare and deliver of clinical and business value presentations, product demonstrations, pitch decks, and ROI analysis to prospective and existing clients, leveraging internal data and evidence-based literature to assign value to outcomes and highlight CCS's impact
  • Support client success teams in preparing and presenting client-specific data to demonstrate product value and clinical outcomes during business reviews
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clinical leaders, payors, and other key stakeholders

Analytics and Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a deep understanding of CCS's clinical solutions, capabilities, and analytics tools to serve as a subject matter expert for sales and client success teams
  • Collaborate with CCS product development and analytics teams to understand product capabilities, performance, and roadmap, and ensure seamless transition of requirements to product and clinical implementation teams
  • Utilize data analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Excel) and evaluate client trends, patient enrollment and engagement, spending, and clinical improvement metrics. Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies, pricing models, and go-to-market plans
  • Create strategic tools and resources to reinforce CCS's value proposition and address cost avoidance objections with credible, evidence-based support
  • Ability to connect clinical evidence to business priorities in a clear, compelling way.
  • Position CCS as a trusted clinical partner in the marketplace, recognized for expertise in addressing emerging industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintains a high degree of confidentiality at all times due to access to sensitive information
  • Maintains regular, predictable, consistent attendance and is flexible to meet the needs of the department
  • Follows all Medicare, Medicaid, HIPAA, and Private Insurance regulations and requirements
  • Abides by all regulations, policies, procedures and standards

  • Translate evidence into impact by interpreting analytics and client-facing visualizations, and refining slide content to tell a clear, compelling story that informs program design, accelerates implementation, and drives measurable optimization.
  • Demonstrate CCS's value proposition through compelling presentations, polished materials, product demonstrations, and evidence-based ROI analyses that advance sales efforts, increase client engagement, and support long-term retention. Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders-including clinical leaders and payors-by effectively communicating product capabilities and clinical outcomes in a clear, credible, and solutions-oriented manner.
  • Enable seamless transition of client requirements to product and clinical implementation teams, supporting clear alignment between sales, analytics, and product development.
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to evaluate trends, patient engagement, clinical outcomes, and financial performance, informing ongoing sales strategy and supporting growth and cost avoidance initiatives.
  • Equip sales and client teams for success by developing and refining strategic resources, tools, and presentation materials that anticipate client objections and reinforce CCS's position as a trusted clinical partner.


Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in clinical sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales role within the healthcare industry
  • Education - Clinical degree (RN, PharmD) with active and relevant licensures or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Demonstrated ability to assign value to outcomes using evidence-based literature and real-world data
  • Strong business understanding of healthcare, medical and pharmacy reimbursement systems, chronic care management, and digital health solutions
  • Strong technical background with expertise in healthcare IT systems, data analytics, and enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical and technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, product development, customer success, and analytics teams
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to travel as needed to engage with clients and support sales activities
