Position Overview:

Performs and supervises independent audits of information technology controls and processes, either in the Information Technology Organization or on an integrated basis in business or operational areas. These reviews are required to meet regulatory expectations related to information technology controls and also have significant impact on the work of our external auditors through SOX.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Conducts and supervises regular audit procedures and activities for information technology areas and performs follow up for previous findings.
  • Assists in the implementation of new or revised internal audit policies, methods, and procedures including the use of automation to enhance and augment audit testing. This includes helping other staff develop IT expertise.
  • Interacts with regulators as designated by the Chief Audit Executive.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • CISA or CISSP preferred.
  • 10 - 15 years experience in auditing and financial institutions
  • Supervisory experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, and Word
  • Proficient in internal audit theory, standards, procedures, and techniques
  • Ability to interact effectively and tactfully with all levels of the Bank either in person or remotely
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English clearly
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in Financial Services, preferably banking but would also count FinTech, Card Servicing, Clearing and Settlement, or Wealth/Investment Management organizations
  • Substantial Experience with Information Technology Audit including all ITGC's, SOX requirements, and the use of data analytics to facilitate transaction or application testing


Desired Skills:

Experience in hyper-technical areas such as Cybersecurity, Crypto assets, AI, or virtualization. Not expecting expert level but the candidate should be conversant on most, if not all of these and understand control objectives related to these at a high level. This requirement can be assumed met if the candidate has a CISA or CISSP.

Candidate must be within reasonable commute to Bedminster, NJ.

The approximate pay range for this position is $97,692.00 to $130,000.00 plus an opportunity to earn performance-based incentives. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as geographic location.
