Embedded Software Engineer Location: Grand Prairie, TX Job ID: #71521 Pay Range: $67-78/hr Duration: 12 months Candidate must have active secret clearance. Candidate will work onsite full-time (Mon-Thu 4 days/10 hours per day) at Grand Prairie, Texas. Summary Looking for Embedded Software Engineer with 6+ years of experience to work on missile seeker software using C/C++ VxWorks/Linux thru all phases of software ranging from requirements analysis through code implementation and formal qualification testing. Required Qualifications: Active secret clearance required to start Bachelor's Degree 6+ years of C/C++ VxWorks/Linux embedded software development thru all phases of software lifecycle 6+ years of experience with multi-core processor (LS1046A & Zynq System-on-Chip) SW development & integration 6+ years of algorithm development experience; such as, target detection and tracking 4+ years of experience with Bus/Protocols: MUX, Serial, I2C, 1553 3+ years of experience with Agile Scrum processes including CI/CD pipelines, Dev-ops practices 3+ years of experience with Doxygen, git lab, Bit-bucket, Para-soft 1+ years of experience with as lead/manager with Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities Desired Skills: Working knowledge of Ada a plus Working knowledge of Cameo beneficial Experience in software subcontract management a plus CMake/build system experience desired Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is an equal opportunity employer.
