Position: Field Technician I
Location: Cottage Grove, WI (with travel to branch locations)
Department: Business Technology Services

We're looking for a Field Technician I who's ready to roll up their sleeves and deliver top-notch technical support-whether it's desk-side, remote, or on-site. You'll be part of a collaborative crew that keeps our systems humming and our coworkers smiling.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across laptops, applications, networks, and devices
• Deliver support that's not just fast-but friendly and co-worker centric
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service
• Help identify and squash recurring tech issues before they become problems
• Support both Windows and Chrome OS environments

• Associate's degree in an IT-related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft or Google certification (or working toward one)
• 6+ months of relevant tech support experience
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, and enterprise environments
• A valid driver's license and a passion for helping people
