Job Summary Job Summary Operations focused with some tactical Sets expectations and creates accountability for front-line staff Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance Play a critical role in Quality Improvement (QI) and motivating and training staff Assist with finance stewardship goals Qualifications Qualifications Education BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D; Master's Degree (MBA or MS) desirable; General Pharmacy Practice or Administrative Pharmacy Practice Residency desirable. Experience A minimum 3 years pharmacy experience required. Hospital pharmacy experience desirable. Licensure/Certification Current, and in good standing, with the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Desirable characteristics include self-motivated, integrity, dependability/reliability, optimism, confidence, calmness, flexibility. Pharmacy operations knowledge, know when to delegate, organization, basic money management, business hierarchy, and legal implications. Written and verbal communication skills, constructive feedback, active listening, specific, and organized. Customer service, mediator, team player, respect, collaboration, and value others.
