This position will report to the Director, GTM Systems, and will be based in our Austin office. We're looking for candidates to join us immediately.

What you'll do:

  • Lead stakeholder conversations to define and translate business requirements into technical solutions, fostering collaboration and building trust as a delivery partner.
  • Own end to end system analysis and design, including that of large and complex system projects. Create detailed designs for workflows, automations, integrations, and user interfaces - to ensure robust systems at scale.
  • Administer Procore's Salesforce setup and configuration, including complex automations, object configurations, and integrations.
  • Maintain a holistic view of Salesforce processes to understand the impact on configuration, workflow, and permission changes, driving actionable insights from configuration and performance assessments.
  • Research, integrate, and manage third-party applications and packages. Oversee system integration to ensure different components and systems work together effectively.
  • Keep up to date on Salesforce industry best practices and trends to drive ongoing improvements to Procore's Salesforce.com platform.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level processes, with an emphasis on Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across the organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com configuration and administration on Salesforce Revenue Cloud covering Salesforce CPQ, Contract Life Cycle Management, Order Management and Subscription management.
  • Salesforce CPQ Certification and Platform Developer 1 certifications. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Ironclad CLM and GTM integrations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience collaborating across functional areas.
  • Passionate about Salesforce.com; regularly following Salesforce trends and best practices.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification, and working knowledge of SOQL, Developer Workbench, and Copado are a plus.
