Role Snapshot

The Sales Coordinator supports the health plan's sales team in achieving membership growth and retention goals by providing administrative, operational, and customer service support. This role serves as a central point of coordination of sales activities, ensuring smooth execution of processes, timely communication, and accurate documentation. The Sales Coordinator supports sales and account management teams through data entry, reporting, collaboration, scheduling, and orchestration. The role supports all WPS Health Plan Sales initiatives as they relate to new business sales efforts.

Hourly Rate of Pay

$22.00 - $25.00/hour

The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

In this role you will:



  • Provide administrative support to the account executive and account management teams.
  • Partner and deliver baseline quotes for prospective clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely turnaround.
  • Partner with actuarial and product teams to confirm benefit, rating, and pricing information.
  • Maintain documentation of all quotes, including version control and communications.
  • Track sales leads, opportunities and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate scheduling for sales meetings, client appointments, and enrollment events.
  • Maintain accurate sales, quoting and membership records, ensuring timely data entry and reporting.
  • Manage fulfillment activities from initial entry of prospect information to mailing of product information, including working with vendors and ensuring timeliness of responses.
  • Support resolution of enrollment or eligibility issues by coordinating with operations and customer service teams.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or a related field OR equivalent post high school education and/or work-related experience.
  • State of Wisconsin Accident & Health producer license or obtained within 60 days of employment.
  • 1 or more years of experience in sales support, quoting, or customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications



  • Knowledge of health plan products, benefits, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with CRM and quoting systems.
  • Experience in health insurance or healthcare industry.
