Opportunity

We have an opportunity for a Sr. Director, Revenue Operations to join our Revenue Operations team, based in and reporting to the Global VP of Revenue Operations. In this pivotal leadership role, you will partner closely with the VP of America's Sales and regional leaders to drive sales strategy, align business operations, and deliver actionable insights that empower our teams to achieve their goals.

You will play a critical role in establishing operating rhythms, shaping strategy, and ensuring that people, process, and technology work seamlessly together to drive growth across the Americas.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do



  • Partner with the VP of Americas Sales to coordinate execution of sales plans and lead operational strategy across the region
  • Represent the field sales teams to global and corporate functions, ensuring their needs are clearly communicated and addressed
  • Drive alignment and collaboration across Americas Sales Leaders, supporting them in solving complex challenges
  • Deliver actionable analytics and insights across sales, sales engineering, and overlay teams
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and training of sales team members to accelerate productivity
  • Drive accuracy in forecasts, facilitate QBRs, and enable leadership meetings and reviews
  • Establish and maintain consistent operating rhythms while guiding change management efforts
  • Lead territory planning and resolve account creation, segmentation, and overlap issues


Be Prepared - What You Bring



  • 10+ years' experience in sales, sales/revenue operations, or business analytics within the high-tech industry
  • Proven track record of leading sales/revenue operations teams and influencing sales strategy
  • Passion for supporting and enabling sales organizations
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable business insights
  • Expertise with Salesforce.com (required); experience with Clari and Tableau highly preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Intellectual curiosity with a drive for continuous improvement

  • Fully integrated with Americas sales leadership and RevOps teams, with a clear understanding of Infoblox GTM strategy and leadership requirements.
  • Deliver actionable data and insights to empower sales leaders.
  • Drive measurable progress in sales strategy and cadence.


One Year



  • Provide forward-looking insights and recommendations on sales strategy and process improvements.
  • Lead key regional initiatives and partner cross-functionally to drive transformation and growth.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor representing business trends, challenges, and opportunities.
