Job Title: Project Manager - Design/UX Focus Duration: 6+ months W2 Location: 100% REMOTE - must work EST hours Employment Type: W2 Contract Experience Level: Mid-Level (3+ years) Top Skills & Qualifications * Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in a creative or digital environment. * Proven experience supporting Design or UX projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, researchers, and developers. * Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Familiarity with design processes, tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and agile methodologies is a plus. Job Description As a Project Manager focused on Design and UX, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that enhance user experience and meet business goals. You'll work closely with design teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities * Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across design, product, and engineering. * Monitor project progress, ensuring milestones are met and quality standards are upheld. * Manage risks and resolve issues to avoid delays and ensure project success. * Communicate regularly with sr leadership and clients, providing updates and insights. * Negotiate with vendors and contractors for services and materials as needed. * Ensure adherence to company processes, design standards, and UX best practices. * Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment. * Experience in digital product development or creative agencies. * PMP or similar certification is a plus. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
