The inpatient applications team at our client is looking to fill a full time Epic Analyst role (ClinDoc/Stork). Our client requires that all FTE's be onsite 2 days/week so they must be within a 2 hour driving radius of Philly at the furthest (they can be onsite any 2 days of the week, no set schedule). This is a backfill for an analyst that moved to manager role. She had a a lot of case management focus but there are tons of random projects that need coverage and they will align this FTE to whatever the needs are in the Inpatient space. -This is a Sr. level position - MUST have 4+ years of Analyst experience. -ClinDoc is the focus - Stork would be preferred too (Orders or other things could be entertained as well) -Former nursing or clinical experience is great but not a requirement -Any two days on site will work Formal Job Description: Job Description PRIMARY FUNCTION: EHR Clinical Application Analysts are the primary support for the assigned clinical application(s). They must be very knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, and business operations and coordinate all issues that arise during installation, maintenance, trouble-shooting, and upgrading for their application area. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serves as application expert for troubleshooting and advanced features/ considerations Mentors and assures quality of work for Analysts 1/ 2 Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficiencies Performs in-depth analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with application software and prepares details of specifications, as needed Assists in evaluation of operational needs; validates workflows, build, and configuration based on application requirements/ standards and serves as liaison between end users, third parties, and application staff Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of the client.
