Description * We are looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager who ideally has prior experience driving a global Wi-Fi implementation. Additionally someone with prior experience with Audio/Visual setting up MS Teams, and conference room systems. * Ideally this candidate will possess a broad IT infrastructure experience aside from network and AV. This might include collaboration, authentication systems, remote access, server/storage/database. * Preference is to have prior management experience in these areas, i.e. they've directly managed infrastructure teams and were responsible for one or more of these functions. * Lead and manage projects using traditional Waterfall methodologies across global initiatives * Drive the redesign and optimization of global Wi-Fi infrastructure, overseeing multiple complex workstreams * Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies across technology, implementation, people, and process. * Collaborate closely with the global networking owner to align on vision, execution, and operational transformation * Define and document operational process changes, communication plans, and implementation roadmaps * Apply strong analytical skills to assess project risks, dependencies, and performance metrics * Manage project budgeting and financial tracking with precision and accountability * Deliver clear, compelling written communications and presentations for stakeholders at all levels * Foster strong interpersonal relationships and maintain effective communication across cross-functional teams Skills Project management, Stakeholder management, Program management, Implementation, PMP, Infrastructure, Project plan, Waterfall Top Skills Details Project management, Stakeholder management, Program management, Implementation, PMP, ,Infrastructure, Project plan, Waterfall Additional Skills & Qualifications Location: Need to work frequently hybrid in Boston location, 2-3 times per week for initial 6 months. There is a strong likelihood to extend. Thereafter, available to travel to other New England sites. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr.
